握还比较欠缺,课时的划分,学生对新知的掌握情况,在课前虽然做了充分的准备,教学效果还是没有达到预期的效果。2、板书设计不够精,不能突出本节课的重点。3、过多地关注了学困生,对中上等学生关注还不很到位。要从课堂问题的设计到练习的设计都关注到各个层次的学生,提高课堂教学效率
