---教学设计思路、教学理念和教后反思本节课的设计指导思想是：打造灵动课堂，培养核心素养。旨在竭力打造初中英语课改新常态----将时间、空间和机会还给学生，用老师的“退“成就学生的“进”。试图收获的设计亮点：1.大胆启用小老师是个挑战和突破。或许小老师

的课堂用语还不算丰富，口语表达也不算流畅，但这次机会锻炼了优生语言表达的能力，享受了身为人师的骄傲，更收获了学习英语的自信和施教于人勇气。2.检查预习、配音表演、角色朗读、课堂检测等环节给师徒合作学习、和谐共进提供机会，词汇猜测

、活动展演、措施讨论等小组竞赛目的在于增强孩子们的团队意识和凝聚力。3.围绕主题Seasons创设情境，设置了对话、采访、调查、致电、旅游、诵读等六个活动构成的任务链，提供平台让尽可能多的学生展示自我，从而增强他们的语言能力、提炼他们的

文化品格、提升他们的思维品质并提高他们的学习能力，为培养学生们的英语学科核心素养铺路。4.期待课堂生成远远大于预设。课前老师不断完善的策划，加上孩子们的积极准备、大胆创新，再加之课堂上的踊跃展示和即兴发挥，打造了一堂充溢着学科渗透的双语语文课、音乐课、历史课、地理课

、活动课、小品课、体育课，都是学生们来源于生活又高于生活的，也是孩子们喜闻乐见的形式，因而他们开心、轻松，从而让课堂丰富多彩。这种生成已然成了让学生带得走的英语学习的经历教育，相信这些经历一定会对他们今后的英语学习、乃至整个人生大有裨益，甚至受益终身。希望孩子们能走

出一路精彩！可提升的空间：“没有最好，只有更好”，教学永远是一门遗憾的艺术。1.纷呈的活动和繁多的环节让同学们未能深入思考，充分激发学生思维。一节高效课堂，尤其是课改的课堂要看自学的程度、合作的效度和探究

的深度。（举例：一句多译）2.学困生的展示不够，教学质量的提升要看增长率切不可小视学困生，3.课堂小结可以让未参与活动者来做。分析与思考1.任务设疑能让学生碰撞出探索的思维火花让学生在小组中交流、合作、竞争，每个任务存在着一定的信息差，从半开放式的操练到开放式的表达具有由浅到难的梯度性，从而

让学生在完成任务的过程中增强自信，感受进步，体验成功。在活动中他们都努力表现自己，做到最好。任务侧重训练学生的语言表达能力、快速反应能力和探索思维能力。但在训练过程中发现部分学生语言训练的活动层次不高，达不到语言交际的真正层次。还需要我们进行必要的反思，寻求更好的教学方

法。更大限度地发挥他们的探索思维火花。上完这堂课，我的心情无比的轻松，对我而言收获颇丰但同时给予我不少的启示。教学启示一．善于把握课堂教学的生成瞬间,巧妙捕捉学生灵感的闪现教学的过程是生生互动、师生互动的过程，在此过程中我们要学会发现学生动态生成的亮点资源，也要及时捕捉学生灵

感的闪现。课堂亦如战场，虽然战前将军作了全方位的战略部署，但战场态势发展的不可预期性，随时要求指挥者作出相应的调整。我们不能制止或避免课堂发生的预设之外的事情，我们要正式并合理加以利用，变难点为亮点。因为在教学过程中，学生常常会于不经意间产生出“奇思妙想”、迸发出智慧的火花，因而作为学习的引

导者的教师应在课堂上及时将这些细微之处流露出来的灵感的闪现捕捉、加以重组整合，并借机引发学生开展讨论，给学生带来几分热情，给课堂带来一份精彩，所以在平时的教学设计上不要太紧，应留有更多的余地与学生对话乃至生生对话，只有在平等的交流中才促成精彩瞬间的

生成，作为教师有时为了某种精彩，可以适当调整阶段目标。以便更好的提升课堂生成，使英语课堂充满生命活力。只有这样擦出的智慧火花就能熊熊地燃烧起来。二．在亲历过程、主动探究中活跃思维建构主义学习观认为，学生学习的过程是一个再创造过程。学生在亲历探究的过程中，他们的思维表现出更多的独特

性和灵敏性。所以教师要努力营造宽松、和谐的自主探究活动，使得他们有更多的探究发现、交流合作、体验成功的机会，从而有效地调动学生思维活动的积极性。在今天的公开课中，我努力地以学生为主体，鼓励学生大胆进行各项活动，留

有充分的时空去尝试、讨论、调动学生全员参加，自主探究，让他们充分展示其思维过程。如学生在采访调查中发现自己对本课知识的了解程度，学到别人的长处、自己的不足，在句子接龙中积极动脑。这一系列的交流活动无不绽放出学生思维智慧的火花。每一节课都是不可重复的激情与智慧的综合生成过程。让我们在教学中

体现教师的匠心、展现师生智慧互动的火花，促进学生全面、持续、和谐地发展。只有这样，英语课堂才能焕发出生命活力，闪耀智慧的光芒。自勉信条：将时间留给学生、将空间留给学生、将展示的机会留给学生，一句话：将主动权交还学生吧！他们将会交给我们的不仅仅是课堂上的精彩演绎，可能他们会在不久的将来演绎生
