中英语课改新常态----将时间、空间和机会还给学生,用老师的“退“成就学生的“进”。试图收获的设计亮点:1.大胆启用小老师是个挑战和突破。或许小老师的课堂用语还不算丰富,口语表达也不算流畅,但这次机会
锻炼了优生语言表达的能力,享受了身为人师的骄傲,更收获了学习英语的自信和施教于人勇气。2.检查预习、配音表演、角色朗读、课堂检测等环节给师徒合作学习、和谐共进提供机会,词汇猜测、活动展演、措施讨论等小组竞赛目的在于增强孩子们的团队意识和凝聚力
。3.围绕主题Seasons创设情境,设置了对话、采访、调查、致电、旅游、诵读等六个活动构成的任务链,提供平台让尽可能多的学生展示自我,从而增强他们的语言能力、提炼他们的文化品格、提升他们的思维品质并提高他们的学习能力,为培养学生们的英语学科核心素养铺路。4.期待课堂生成远远大于预

和探索思维能力。但在训练过程中发现部分学生语言训练的活动层次不高,达不到语言交际的真正层次。还需要我们进行必要的反思,寻求更好的教学方法。更大限度地发挥他们的探索思维火花。上完这堂课,我的心情无比的轻松,对我而言收获颇丰但同
时给予我不少的启示。教学启示一.善于把握课堂教学的生成瞬间,巧妙捕捉学生灵感的闪现教学的过程是生生互动、师生互动的过程,在此过程中我们要学会发现学生动态生成的亮点资源,也要及时捕捉学生灵感的闪现。课堂亦如战场,虽然战前将军作了全方位的战略部署,但
战场态势发展的不可预期性,随时要求指挥者作出相应的调整。我们不能制止或避免课堂发生的预设之外的事情,我们要正式并合理加以利用,变难点为亮点。因为在教学过程中,学生常常会于不经意间产生出“奇思妙想”、迸发出智慧的火花
,因而作为学习的引导者的教师应在课堂上及时将这些细微之处流露出来的灵感的闪现捕捉、加以重组整合,并借机引发学生开展讨论,给学生带来几分热情,给课堂带来一份精彩,所以在平时的教学设计上不要太紧,应留有更多的余地与学生对话乃至生生对话,只有在平
等的交流中才促成精彩瞬间的生成,作为教师有时为了某种精彩,可以适当调整阶段目标。以便更好的提升课堂生成,使英语课堂充满生命活力。只有这样擦出的智慧火花就能熊熊地燃烧起来。二.在亲历过程、主动探究中活跃思维建构主义学习观认为,学生学习的过程是一个再创造过程。学生在亲历探究的过
程中,他们的思维表现出更多的独特性和灵敏性。所以教师要努力营造宽松、和谐的自主探究活动,使得他们有更多的探究发现、交流合作、体验成功的机会,从而有效地调动学生思维活动的积极性。在今天的公开课中,我努力地以学生为主体,鼓励学生大胆进行各项活动,留有充分的时空去尝试、讨论、调动学生全员参加,
自主探究,让他们充分展示其思维过程。如学生在采访调查中发现自己对本课知识的了解程度,学到别人的长处、自己的不足,在句子接龙中积极动脑。这一系列的交流活动无不绽放出学生思维智慧的火花。每一节课都是不可重复的激情与智慧的综合生成过程。
