涂上綠色,不良數為1涂上黃色,不良數大于2則涂上紅色.對比來看可以很快的在該群組人員中查出誰是績效最好的和最差的.圖表I適用于管制個人績效,每一天在相對的圓形里,根據其當天的工作績效來涂上顏色.如合格涂上綠色,次缺涂上黃色,重缺涂上紅色.以此來管制,可以輕易的看出此作業人員當月的
